Challenge: Separating tightly coupled BSS and OSS domains: untangling systems, interfaces and teams that had grown together over years, while live operations continued.

Solution: Embedded program leadership across both domains: phased separation with explicit interface contracts, and cutovers planned so day-to-day operations were never interrupted.
